The Fishers: April 2011

Caitlyn and I have spent the past three weeks at my parents' home in Nebraska and visiting my family in Utah. We have had a wonderful time and Caitlyn has loved every second of being with her grandma and grandpa and meeting her aunts, uncles, cousins and great-grandparents. Even though we are so sad to leave we are getting very anxious to get back to Eric.

One of the main reasons that we decided to come and visit was so that I could see some of my friends from high school that I haven't seen in years. I was thrilled when Summer, Emily and Laura drove 4 hours from Omaha and Chelle drove 4+ hours from Colorado Springs just so that we could all get together. The last time we were all together was at Summer's wedding in March of 2004. I am so grateful to have such good friends and even though I have been the worst about staying in touch and coming back home to visit I am glad that we got to spend a day together reminiscing and laughing about all of the crazy things we did when we were young. It was such a great day!
